1. Acceptance of Terms by scheduling an appointment with FS Mobile Detailing, LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. We provide a range of auto detailing services, including auto detail, ceramic coating, window tint, paint protection film, and other related services. Specific services and packages are detailed on our website.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

• To schedule an appointment, a 20% non-refundable booking fee must be paid to have a confirmed appointment for both shop and mobile service.
• We allow a one time rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without a fee.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a loss of your booking fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take utmost care during the detailing process, FS Mobile Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear, or tear on the vehicle.
• Customers are encouraged to report any concerns before the detailing begins.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for misplaced personal items.
• We are not responsible for installing children car seats in the vehicle.
• Customers should inform us of any specific issues with the vehicle that require attention.

7.  We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 5 days to make things right.

8. We reserve the right to modify or refuse services based on the vehicle's condition or any other circumstances deemed appropriate. Situations that could result in denial would be toxic matter. (maggots, bugs, mold, etc)
